Nell and Robert Armstrong are experienced professionals, passionate about empowering and upskilling people with a focus on Aged and Disability Care, and Human Resource Management.

Nell has had a highly respected senior career in nursing and delivery of aged and disability care. Nell has been actively engaged in nursing for more than 40 years, and this has included extensive experience as a teacher, trainer, course and resource developer. Nell has a very strong commitment to the promotion of aged and disability care as a career choice.

Everything they do is centred around people. Led by Nell they work one-on-one with their clients to develop and deliver programs that are relevant to the needs of individuals, organisations, and industry situations.
