Nell Armstrong

Registered Nurse (General), Bachelor Health Science (Nursing), TAE40116 Cert IV in Training and Assessment

Nell spent many years as a registered nurse and senior manager in Australian residential aged care and community care organisations. She has also worked internationally in the training and selection of nursing and caregiver candidates seeking overseas employment.

Official appointments during her career include membership of a former Commonwealth Minister for Aged Care Working Group: National Aged Care Reference Group on Management Development in Residential Aged Care.

For the past 27 years Nell has focused on the education and training of nurses, caregivers and general health staff. She is actively engaged in mentoring numerous former staff and colleagues.

Nell is skilled in course and resource development.


Robert Armstrong

MBA (International Business Law), Grad Dip Mgmt., TAE 40116 Cert IV in Workplace Training & Assessment

Robert has worked in more than 30 countries during his diverse international business career. This has included senior level commercial management, consulting, and public sector board appointments.

For the past 15 years he has concentrated on human resource and international recruitment projects. This has included training, course, and resource development - and in country program delivery.

His innovative approach has been based on close communication with employers. This has very successfully enabled overseas job candidates, including nurses and caregivers, to work safely, productively, and effectively when adjusting to new cultural norms and workplace environments.
