Created in 2012 by an American neuroscientist, Ageless Grace is a revolutionary brain fitness program taught in over 30 countries.

The program consists of 21 simple exercises designed for all ages and abilities. These exercises leverage neuroplasticity to re-open the neural pathways of our childhood. Promoting mind body connection for healthy ageing is now as simple as child’s play.
